Poll for new tweets and post in notification area.
This app is great - if it was able to periodically check for new tweets and add them as notifications (click-through to the post in twit2go) then that'd be pretty much everything I'd want in a twitter client.
(NanoTwitter's model for the latter is pretty good - but sends you to the mobile web page for tweets - your interface knocks the mobile web page into a cocked hat)

notify opts: vib on/off, sound on/off, choose notify sound?
Great app! Additional flexibility for notifications would be excellent. E.g., select vibrate notify on or off, select sound notify on or off, and the ability to choose an alternate sound for notifications (to help avoid confusion with notifications from other apps). Thanks!

Highlight new tweets
TwitterRide has this option. It's nice to know which tweets are new ones by having them highligted when you enter the app. Then you know where to stop reading cause you have already read the un-highlighted tweets.

Multiple account support
Love the interface, my favourite Android twitter app. Could really use multiple account support...

Create Groups
Been able to create groups. For example: Group1 "friends" , I'll add all my school friends there. Group2 "News" all commercial/news twitters. I hate to have everything mixed up and I refuse to have more than 1 account :)

Make users be able to delete tweets.
Sometimes, people make few mistakes on their tweets and just press send. So, if you let us delete them, we can just erase it and start over. It is more convenient that way.

When replying include "in reply to" in the time stamp
When replying to a message, it would be useful to have the "in reply to $username$" link after the time stamp.
For example:
11:00 AM Apr 11th from Twit2go in reply to David"5 votesplanned ·

I’m not sure if I want to add more text into the UI. Maybe as an option could be useful
Besides, replies are not replies anymore.

I have in plans to add trends to that.I can’t add twitscoop.com trends because they don’t provide an API.

allow me to manipulate the search results
I love the interface and speed of twit2go, and it is by far my favorite twitter app. However, I like keeping up with my hashtags and while I can search with twit2go, it won't allow me to treat it like a tweet. (If I want to reply, retweet, etc. I have to back out and look for it by other means).
I would LOVE to use my search results like my tweetfeed. Thanks! This is a great program!

add offline support
...for those occassions when you're out of wifi/gsm range. It would be awesome to store the tweet, then upload it as soon as we're back online.

@message and DM bugs
With Android 1.6 on a mytouch using version 1.5.2: I have new @messages. They show in the main view, but the @message view will never update when new is pressed. Says loading forever. Wifi and cell data. The new @message alert runs constantly due to this.
Also: Pressing the DM button from the main screen will force close, although the app reloads fine right after.
